This USB storage device is designed to work with August International Set Top Boxes such as DVB400 and DVB415 Single-Tuners and the DVB482 Dual-Tuner Set Top Box.
Insert the USB stick to a compatible USB-A port and record live TV straight to USB for storage and rewatching over and over again. Make your personal TV library and neatly organise recordings on your USB sticks without ever having to delete any to make space!
Using a USB stick rather than internal storage means you don't have to delete old recordings to make space, giving you more freedom to record what you want, when you want.
NTFS Format USB sticks are formatted for larger file sizes, PC compatibility and video storage. This makes them perfect as a USB stick for TV recording as the drive can hold 30+ hours of recordings.
Please Note: While NTFS format drives can support larger files, particularly long HD recordings may still be recorded as multiple files with a minor gap (a few moments) between them to preserve the integrity of the drive and recordings.
With standard definition TV equating to roughly 1GB an hour, 32GB gives you enough space to comfortably record your favourite shows. If you need more space you can simply switch out the drive with no need to delete any recordings on this USB stick.
